Thomas Corr, a plumber, of No. 711 Sixth street, was fined $25 in the Court of Special

Sessions yesterday for assaulting Officer Bohloff with a cart-rung on the 6th inst. while the policeman was trying to disperse a crowd at Sixth street and avenue D.
