Thomas Corr, a plumber, of No. 711 Sixth street, was fined $25 in the Court of Special Sessions yesterday for assaulting Officer Bohloff with a cart-rung on the 6th inst. while the policeman was trying to disperse a crowd at Sixth street and avenue D.

DIED

CORR—On January 30, 1877, PHILIP CORR, aged 20 years, son of the late Philip Corr, and brother of the late Rev. John T. Corr.  The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend his funeral, from his late residence, 711 East 6th st., on Thursday, February 1, at two o’clock P. M.
